The Credit Card Match System assists with matching travel credit card statements to Northwestern Travel Management air transactions. Client air travel information is extracted from our Data Warehouse and compared to transaction information received from your credit card company, greatly reducing time spent on monthly credit card statement reconciliation.

You may choose to receive one or both of the following report formats:

• A text document with matched and unmatched transactions, in landscape format that can be printed and mailed, emailed or sent on diskette.
• A data file in ASCII comma-delimited format including the fields available from NTM and your credit card supplier. The information can be emailed or sent on diskette and can be manipulated to conform to your company's needs.
