REFUND/REISSUE POLICY DUE
TO AMERICAN AIRLINES # 587
Customers traveling between
12 November and 15 November, 2001:

May change reservations
to another AA flight for travel thru 14 Feb
2002 and AA will waive the change fee. Travel
agency may reissue. Rebook in same inventory
or lowest available - must be the same cabin.
No upgrades or change of destination. |

May refund ticket to
an AA voucher - must be processed by AA. |
 |
May refund ticket to
original form of payment. Travel agency may
refund. |

16 NOV and 31 DEC 2001:

May change their reservation

Newark and LaGuardia airports
are nowfor inbound and outbound air traffic.
JFK isfor inbound air traffic only.
NYC Bridges and tunnels are Mass transit is on or close to schedule.

All 226 passengers who were
ticketed through Northwestern Travel Management
on ANY flight into or out of all three major New
York airports today have now been identified.
Travel managers will receive
their travelers' names from our corporate account
managers via email reports today ASAP.
Further information will
be available as soon as possible.
NOTE: Due to changes in travelers’
plans of which we are not aware, Northwestern
Travel Management may not identify all travelers.
Records will show only what has been ticketed
and booked through Northwestern Travel Management
as of today.

Our reports show NO Northwestern
Travel Management customers were ticketed on AA
flight 587 which crashed on takeoff from JFK this
morning.
