Now, a NEW way for your company to earn points.

Biz Perks!

A FREE membership program, Biz Perks allows small- to medium-sized companies to earn travel awards on every Northwest Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and their alliance partners' flights to any Northwest destination worldwide, booked through Northwestern Travel Management.

What awards?

FREE tickets. First Class upgrades. WorldClub memberships. And more.

How's it work?

Simply. Biz Perks earns, for your company, 1 point per dollar flown on business travel to and from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Memphis and Detroit; and 2 points for business travel to and from all other Northwest/KLM destinations. Biz Perks points are tracked by Northwest/KLM and automatically credited to your company's Biz Perks program account. Points then can be redeemed for the awards - ranging from five beverage and headset coupons (300 points) to a First Class upgrade (1,800 points) to a FREE World Business Class ticket worldwide (30,000 points).

Participating employees get a one-time bonus of 2,500 WorldPerks miles on their first round-trip after your company enrolls in Biz Perks. And your employees continue to earn WorldPerks miles for all their trips after your enrollment.

What companies can enroll in Biz Perks?

Any company located in North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico) can enroll and will qualify for Biz Perks points, so long as the company does not have a preferred agreement with Northwest/KLM or exceed a spending limit of $250,000 annually on Northwest/KLM flights -- typically small- to medium-sized companies. Large companies can enroll if they meet qualifications.

How do I enroll my company?

Easily. Just contact your Northwestern Travel Management representative - your travel agent, Corporate Account Manager or supervisor - and we'll deliver the Biz Perks enrollment form to you. Then you fill out the form - company name, address, contact name, phone number, signature -- and return it to us. We'll add your travelers' names and frequent flyer numbers, then send your enrollment to NWA. NWA will then activate your company's Biz Perks account.

Participating employees must be members of Northwest WorldPerks. Northwestern Travel Management will not enroll your employees in WorldPerks, but enrollment is quick and easy and can be done online at www.nwa.com or by calling 800-44-Perks.

How do I check my company's Biz Perks account?

Quickly. Go online to www.4midwest.com/nwabiz. Your company will also receive a paper statement delivered within 2-4 weeks of the close of each calendar quarter.

How does my company order Biz Perks awards?

Enjoyably. Surf to www.4midwest.com/nwabiz, or fax or even mail the Biz Perks awards order form to an address you'll be provided. Awards will be sent to your company contact person on file, within 7 business days. The contact person is responsible for distributing awards to employees.

Can I update my company's contact person information?

Yep. Contact your Northwestern Travel Management representative and we'll update your Biz Perks account contact information or make additions, changes and deletions to the list of eligible employees. No problem.

What's the catch?

Just the usual small print. Like NWA reserves the right to change or discontinue Biz Perks without notice; your company's eligibility will be based on information provided on the enrollment form; points are calculated on base fares (net of all taxes and fees) and rounded down to the nearest whole number; an entire trip must be completed; points expire 3 years from date of issue; awards earned and redeemed by your company are separate from and in addition to those earned by the individual traveler through the WorldPerks frequent flyer program; E-Certificates, Companion Fares, Complementary Travel/Upgrade Certificates, Senior/Youth Fares, and any other discounts or promotions are not available through Biz Perks; your company's eligible sales will be tracked by NWA and based on flown revenue; all tax liability associated with the receipt and use of Biz Perks is the responsibility of your company. That's pretty much it.
