As a gesture to thank NTM for it's assistance to IDQ travelers, International
Dairy Queen treated the Edina office of Northwestern Travel Management
to fresh Dilly Bars.
IDQ Vice President of Human Resources Signe Pagel and IDQ Travel Services
Manager, Linda Riley, presented the midday snack to NTM Vice President,
and Colleen Hagg, NTM Corporate Account Manager for IDQ.
Ms. Pagel expressed International Dairy Queen's thanks ".. for your
tireless efforts to get our travelers home safely.. we really appreciate
NTM's team!"
Colleen Hagg relayed comments from agents who worked with IDQ travelers
during the week of September 11.
"To a person, the IDQ travelers were so patient
and understanding while we worked out options to get them home… no one knew
what to expect, it was scary for people.. but they were so nice even after
being on hold, or having their cell phones cut out… these were such great
people!"
