Technology Overview
 

At Northwestern Travel Management, we believe technology is a process, not a thing. We are proud of our customer-cooperative process of development, review and constant improvement in our information technologies.

We have developed a collection of travel technology tools to improve the reservation process, provide more timely information and ultimately, save you money. We would be happy to review these technologies with you, in greater detail, to determine which solutions best meet your needs. Your Corporate Account Manager can arrange a visit to our Edina Travel Technology Center for demonstrations of any of these products which interest you.

Current Technology includes:

  • Automated Travel Expense Reporting - Partners are: Gelco Expense Network, Concur Technologies, Inc.
  • Concorde 98 - Desktop reporting tool to produce ad hoc travel management reports
  • Credit Card Match System - assist with matching travel credit card statements to Northwestern Travel Management air transactions
  • On-line Self-Booking Service - gives travelers/arrangers real time access to airline, car and hotel options. These direct booking capabilities can be customized for each corporation´s unique travel policies. Our partner is Worldspan Trip Manager.
