Hotel Services has been providing preferred hotel programs for customers of Northwestern Travel Management for the past ten years. We help our customers better manage travel budgets by establishing preferred hotels with specially negotiated rates. If you have records or a good estimate showing at least 100 room nights at a given hotel, we can work with you to cut hotel costs.

We also facilitate participation in our Woodside Travel Trust consortium, which has negotiated substantial rate discounts, special traveler amenities and preferred availability at over 3,200 hotels in more than 1,000 cities and 115 countries.
