On October 30, AirTran, launched a service that allows most customers to check in via the Internet from 90 minutes to 24 hours before a flight's scheduled departure. Through the new web check-in service, passengers are able to select seats and print boarding passes, receipts, frequent flier vouchers and drink coupons from their personal computers.
