Among the data callers can hear about are weather-related conditions, traffic accidents and construction delays. The state said it also would set up a companion Web site. Minnesota was the first state to launch a 511 call system, last December, and several other states are planning to roll them out later this year, including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Kentucky, New Mexico and Iowa.
