Stay Connected In Flight with JetConnectSM

Enjoy the newest enhancement to United Airline’s award-winning onboard entertainment options, Verizon Airfone JetConnectSM. While cruising at 30,000 feet, you can now use your laptop and a standard phone cord (RJ-11) to access JetConnectSM. Simply swipe your credit card through the Airfone® handset and for only $5.99 from take-off to landing, you’ll be able to:

  • Instant message co-workers, friends or family members with your existing instant message service
  • Send outbound text messages
  • Get the latest news, weather, sports and stock lists (all updated regularly)
  • Play word and puzzle games, solitaire, and more

Recent enhancements include the ability to send and receive email (and attachments) for an additional fee. United is the first airline in the U.S. with email capability.

By mid-July, Continental is installing the same equipment on its 757 fleet and by fall, its 737 aircraft will be equipped. Continental expects its prices to be competitive with JetConnectSM and also offers other features, such as news, weather, stock listings, games and instant messaging.

Additional features, rate details, and instructions are available at www.verizon.com/airfone/jetconnect.
