New York City Cell Phone Ban
 On
the heels of its ban on smoking in public buildings, New York City implemented
a ban on cell phones in theaters, museums, galleries or other buildings
where performances are exhibited. Announced on April 15th, the new law
carries a fine of $50 for offenders who are cited.
