International Traveler Activity Reports
NTM has the resources to track the whereabouts of international business
travelers. Through NTM’s reporting capabilities, we can provide
weekly electronic reports by country, on itinerary details by traveler
for ticketed reservations up to 14 days in advance.
Travelers should remember the importance of making their complete travel
reservations with Northwestern Travel Management. This allows for more
accurate reports of traveler’s whereabouts, including accommodations
and other pertinent information about each trip.
Traveler Advice
At this point, NTM offers the following tips for those who may be traveling
during any high alert period of time:
- Leave a copy of your traveler itinerary at home and/or at the office
- Be aware of security risks or travel advisories of your destination
or the destination of a flight layover
- Keep vital documents such as passports and visas in a secure and
accessible location. Keep copies of these documents in a different,
secure place other than on your person or in your luggage. This includes
leaving a copy at home should you misplace and need a faxed copy sent
to you to expedite a replacement.
- Ensure that passports and visas are valid and that you are registered
with the U.S. embassy/consulate upon arrival into any new International
destination.
