Airline Policy Chart Update
Following United's lead, American and Continental Airlines both dropped
their planned $100 standby fee for non-refundable tickets. Northwest never
imposed the fee and Delta, which will not offer standby, plans to charge
$100 to confirm a seat on another flight.
The airline policy outline for each major carrier has been updated on
the NTM web site: /airlinepolicy
