During a crisis, one of the most important jobs a Travel Manager has is to identify employees who could possibly be in danger. As your travel management company, NTM is here to assist with this function. However, we recommend you don’t wait for a crisis, but plan ahead and know where your employees will be at all times!

Therefore, we have developed NTM Trak Advantage. Through NTM Trak Advantage, we are able to process reports through our back-office system and identify all of your company’s ticketed reservations as well as those reservations approved but not yet ticketed.

By registering for NTM Trak Advantage, you can receive a weekly or daily electronic report that clearly identifies the whereabouts of your company’s travelers over the next 14 days.

The NTM Trak Advantage report provides the most current data available on domestic & international airline reservations. The processed report offers filters so you may sort the data by traveler, country, travel date, etc.

The NTM Trak Advantage report is sent to the travel manager via e-mail in Excel, which allows for further sorting and filtering of the information.
