Current Technology includes:

• Online Web Fare Search - AgentWare is a tool used by NTM's STAR Center to search for web fares which may be lower than rates published in the airline reservation system.
• Automated Travel Expense Reporting - A range of web based products to capture and report expense data; from the moment of purchase through reimbursement of travelers. All without paper! Partners include: Gelco Expense Network and Concur Technologies, Inc.
• NTM Report Advantage SM - Access, read, download and manage your monthly travel reports from the Internet.
• Concorde - Desktop reporting to produce simple, easy-to-use, customized travel management reports for air, car and hotel bookings.
• Credit Card Match System - A system to assist with matching travel credit card statements to Northwestern Travel Management air transactions.
• Online Self-Booking Solutions - NTM distributes two online booking products: Trip Manager and Cliqbook. NTM also provides fulfillment services for other online booking systems. All direct booking capabilities can be customized to incorporate each company's unique travel policies.
• NTM Trak Advantage - an electronic report that can be processed weekly or daily to clearly identify the whereabouts of your company’s travelers over the next 14 days.
• My Trip and More - providing trip itinerary access from a wireless Palm device, or any Internet-ready mobile telephone or computer.
