Management reports from the Web

Responding to client requests for faster, more flexible reporting, Northwestern Travel Management is introducing Web-based monthly travel management reports. NTM Report Advantage^SM Phase I will replace monthly paper reports and is expected to be in customer hands by April 30.

NTM Report Advantage^SM is simple and powerful. In a nutshell, travel managers will be able to read, print, export or publish their reports when they want and from where they want. Customers can download their reports into Excel for further analysis or design of graphs and charts.

And NTM customers will have control as "administrators" as to who in their corporation has access to the NTM Report Advantage^SM reports.

Phase II will feature online data manipulation
In 2004, NTM Report Advantage Plus^SM will be introduced, featuring comprehensive filtering of data, sorts, calculations, graphing and chart creation … all online. This in addition to the benefits of basic NTM Report Advantage^SM.

Pilot Program Assures Quality
First reactions positive

NTM Report Advantage^SM is being introduced to NTM pilot accounts before the general rollout. Customer Product Support Manager, Carolyn Braun, reports that pilot clients notice a number of benefits:

Kris Dollerschell of Hutchinson Technology gave a thumbs up on the look of the reports on the screen, and how easy it was to navigate from page to page.

Linda Riley of International Dairy Queen found the layout and use of NTM Report Advantage^SM to be "intuitive."

As more client reaction is recorded, tips and suggestions for improving NTM Report Advantage^SM will be incorporated in future releases.
