Noble, Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer
John founded the company in December, 1969 and remains
active in the business. His reputation for high standards,

Jack
Noble, President
& Chief Operating Officer
Jack Noble is President and COO of Northwestern Travel,
L.P., responsible for the company's four operating divisions:
Northwestern Travel Management, Northwestern Incentive
Services, Marshall Field's Travel Service, and Waters
Travel Service.
Jack started with the company, in 1992, as an ARC accountant.
Subsequently, he was named Director, Vendor Relations,
Northwestern Travel; Vice President, Operations, Northwestern
Travel Management; and, Division President, Northwestern
Travel Management.
Jack graduated from Lewis & Clark College, in 1991,
with a double major in business administration and mathematics/computer
science. In 2000, he earned his MBA at Minnesota's prestigious
Carlson School of Management.
Jack's unequivocal vision of the company's future is
based on his steadfast commitment to personal relationships
-teamwork - between employees, customers and suppliers.
The son of company founder, John Noble, Jack knows firsthand
that the connection between the company's reputation
and its future is all about relationships.
Growing all divisions of the company is Jack's number
one goal. "We will continue to hire the best people,
offer the highest level of service, insist that each
employee, customer and supplier be treated with the
respect they deserve. We will exploit the Internet and
any technology which proves its capacity to make processes

Jack's number one priority is family - his wife and
two sons ages five and two. Jack Noble is a professional

Lisa
Buckner, Division
President
Lisa Buckner was promoted to President, Northwestern
Travel Management on January 5, 2004. Lisa is responsible
for overseeing corporate sales, consulting services,
account management, operations and all support services.
Lisa's vision for NTM is to lead with enthusiasm, building
teamwork and focusing on the customer while generating
new sales and staying ahead of the curve. Lisa's hands-on
experience at the company--working in every aspect of
the operation--gives her direct insight into what makes
the company so successful and she looks forward to the
future challenges and opportunities.
Lisa brings 24 years of travel industry experience
in her current position as Vice President, Corporate
Sales & Account Services. Lisa has completed a mini
MBA from the University of St. Thomas as well as the
Minnesota Management Institute through the University
of Minnesota. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors
for the Metropolitan Airport Foundation and is a member
of Minnesota Executive Women In Travel (MEWIT). Lisa
is known regionally for her involvement and experience
moderating industry events including ACTE's Regional
Panel in Minneapolis, MN and Radius' Symposiums.
Lisa serves in an active role with Radius' consortium
as Radius Champion; speaking on behalf of all travel
agencies strengthening the partnership and offering
innovative ways to improve buying power amongst the
entire travel industry.
Lisa enjoys being involved in community programs, including
working with Junior Achievement to help youth discover
the value of free enterprise and understanding the concept
of business and economics; hoping to improve the quality
of their lives.
Lisa and her husband Chuck live in Eden Prairie. In
their spare time, they enjoy golfing, traveling, reading
and spending time with their five children: Kristin;
Chris; Jenny; Colt; and Dylan.

Evelyn
Molzahn, Senior
Vice President, Operations
Evelyn joined Northwestern Travel Management in 1981.
Since then she has proven herself unsurpassed in the
roles of domestic agent, international agent, team supervisor,
assistant manager in our Edina office, manager of on-sites,
director of on-sites, vice president of on-sites, and
then vice president of administrative services.
As of July 1, 2002, Evelyn became Senior Vice President,
Operations overseeing all areas in training, tech services,
online booking, STAR center and ACCESS, as well as all
office operations.
Evelyn's thorough and first-hand knowledge of the requirements
of all agent and support roles enhances her ability
to lead a team that provides customers the kind of quality
service they deserve, and then do more.
As a working mom, with a husband and two children,
Evelyn knows the consequences of maintaining Northwestern
Travel Management's unique operations policies which
support flexible work schedules - imperative in a female-dominated
company.

Colleen
Hagg, Director of
Corporate Account Services
In January, 2004, Colleen Hagg was promoted within
Northwestern Travel Management, from a Corporate Account
Manager to Director of Corporate Account Services.
After attending the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire,
Colleen attended the Travel Career School of Minnesota,
graduating in 1983. She joined NTM shortly thereafter.
Throughout her 20 years at NTM, Colleen has been in
a variety of roles including accounting, STAR Center
(rate desk and communication center) and account management.
Colleen currently manages some of NTM's largest customers
and is instrumental with the planning of customer events
including networking opportunities, educational sessions,
and NTM's annual customer appreciation week.
Colleen has been very involved in the management of
several projects including global travel management
with Radius partners, effectively running fare audits
with Topaz, programming and testing of fare checking
software, and working on the development team for NTM's
online reporting software.
Colleen has been a member of the Peak Performers Network
and is a member of Association of Corporate Travel Executives
(ACTE). In 2004, Colleen will co-chair the regional
ACTE planning committee.
As director, all of NTM's corporate account managers
will report to Colleen. Her many accomplishments and
willingness to continually challenge herself will contribute
to the success of her new role.
On a personal note, Colleen and her husband Brad have
two daughters-Bianca (8) and Sophia (5). Colleen likes
to spend time with friends, travel, and she gets the
whole family involved with volunteering for Calvary
Kid Stuff, an inner city store that sells slightly used
items. The proceeds provide assistance for mothers joining
the workforce, daycare services, tutoring and providing
a safe place for kids before and after school.

Belinda
Muehlbauer, Director
of Consulting
Belinda Muehlbauer brings several years of travel industry
experience to her position as Director of Consulting.
Belinda graduated from the travel school, Southeast
Academy in Kissimmee, Florida and since has worked in
various positions including corporate travel agent,
onsite manager, account services manager and director
of a corporate division.
In 1998, Belinda joined NTM as a corporate account
manager, working with customers and travel programs
up to 10 million in annual spend. In 1999, Belinda was
promoted to the director position implementing the NTM
consulting department and managing account services
as necessary.
Belinda’s focus will continue around the management
and directorship of the consulting arena. Belinda has
developed and defined the methodology for delivering
consulting services to all NTM customers, including
the creation of consulting proposals and presentations
and pricing strategies for project and resource plans.
Belinda is also very involved in NTM project management
projects, most recently as the business facilitator
leading NTM into product development of their first
proprietary, web-based reporting system and hotel RFP
distribution system.
Belinda’s strength in project management along with
her ability to mentor the consultants on an individual
basis has allowed for innovative outsourcing options
to all NTM customers. “The best part of being involved
with Consulting is the ability to bring new ideas and
expertise to customers who require side-by-side assistance
or our full attention on projects to completion in order
to help move customers beyond the daily travel management
issues and into policy improvements and mandates”. Her
insight to the consulting concept, using flexibility
and leadership, lends to the department’s growth and
increased desire to partner with NTM’s Consulting solutions.
Belinda has been a member of several travel industry
organizations including Minnesota Corporate Travel Association
(MCTA), National Business Travel Association (NBTA)
and co-facilitated a cost-savings initiative at Radius'
2000 Symposium in Las Vegas, NV. Belinda joined Executive
Women International in January 2003, whose mission is
to enhance personal and professional development and
encourage community involvement, and is co-chairing
the 2004 Ways and Means committee.
Belinda is currently working toward a Sales and Marketing
degree and enjoys spending as much time as possible
with her husband Jim, working around their home in Maple
Grove.

Tim
Shaughnessy, Vice
President, Employee Recruitment and Retention Programs
Tim has 21 years of travel industry experience and
is a 17-year veteran with Northwestern Travel. Over
the past six years Tim has been responsible for the
organization's recruitment and retention programs for
all divisions and has recruited some of the most talented
travel industry professionals nationwide.
With retention of employees a key to Northwestern Travels'
success, Tim also assists the HR team with creative
incentives and employee benefits. Previous to this role,
Tim was NTM's Vice President of Sales for 3 years. Before
coming to Northwestern Travel, Tim was the Director
of Sales at Gelco Travel Service.
